Job Summary:
Final Assembler will bolt and assemble all units; install sections, shutters, fans and all required parts pertaining to parts list; gather all fasteners; prepare units for shipping and load on truck.
· Interprets blue prints and work instructions.
· Identifies and collects proper fasteners required for the assembly operation; prepares sections for installation; installs fan rings, bearings and grease lines, idler plates, shutters, doors, hinges, shutters, sections, braces, fan guard and/or bug screens and hail guards, fan shaft, fan, sheaves, fan ring, etc.
· Levels back wall, burns torque rod holes; sets fan pitch and torque to proper specs, set fan rings to required dimensions, etc.
· Performs final dress out functions (stickers, lift lugs, removes paper for required paint operations, etc.)Requirements:
3rd shift postions available.
